We are honest and transparent with our customers, if you book through us we earn a commission.

You do need to request this yourself using the form below. If you may have booked with us in the past, you can request up to 3 years back. Please fill out the form below with your booking information so we can verify your eligibility for a refund.

So how does this work?

Imagine you are looking for a hotel in London. Then you come to our website and use our tools. Our tools compare over hundreds of websites at once to get the best price for you. After you make your choice on our site and click on the hotel that suits your needs, you will be automatically redirected to one of our partners to complete your booking. Our partner’s site will then recognize that you have come through us.

If you close or refresh the site the site may forget that you came through HolidayRefund, this may mean that your chance for a refund will be lost. (We do not earn on this either)

After you have booked your vacation we will receive a notification in our system within 72 hours.
When we receive the notification, we will first have to check for when you booked.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will always receive this after you have been on vacation.

So for example:

You book a hotel on March 1 before March 9. You always get a refund up to 1 month after you’ve been on vacation. So you could get a refund around April 9.

How much do I get?

This varies per partner, we give our holidayers a percentage of our own commission.
The refund varies from €0.5 to €1000 depending on our partners and maintenance costs. Fill in the form below to see how much you will get back.
